Hi...My name is Debbie and I'm a qualified sports massage/deep tissue therapist with a level 5 Diploma and numerous alternative therapy qualifications, that I have studied for over 9 years. Year after year I become more passionate about learning new techniques for myself development and for the benefits of my clients. I continue to take regular courses and workshops to advance my practices. A few recent examples include...Mobilisation, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Back Pain, Dry Cupping and Blood Pressure Testing for Clinical Practice.

 

During lockdown after having worked for many years as a Chiropractor assistant and massage therapist at a busy Chiropractor, I decided to take a jump and start my own business. This exciting process started by converting a small room at the back of my garden into a dedicated, beautiful treatment room ready for clients to have their own personal space ready for their tailored treatments.

I love helping people and feeling I'm really making a difference in their life, this was my main motivation for starting my own business. I love to create my own massage oils using simple ingredients such as coconut oil and essential oils tailoring them to each individual.

My therapy room is based In Wickford Essex. I have been based in Wickford for many years bringing up my now teenage children and I am lucky to have built a loyal client base of local patients since opening in my treatment room in 2020.
